The highly anticipated Rooster Fighter anime has officially revealed its main voice cast, with the acclaimed voice actor Kenta Miyake taking on the role of the protagonist, Keiji. The anime, originally announced in July 2024, will stream on Adult Swim, with more platforms expected to be confirmed soon. Studio Sanzigen, known for its expertise in CG animation, is responsible for the animation, while Daisuke Suzuki serves as the director.

Rooster Fighter Manga Background
The Rooster Fighter anime is based on the popular web manga created by Shu Sakuratani, which debuted on Hero’s Inc.’s Comiplex in December 2020. VIZ Media has since licensed the manga for English-speaking audiences. According to VIZ, the story follows Keiji, a rooster who’s more than just an ordinary bird—he’s humanity’s greatest defender. Despite battling enormous foes, Keiji’s heart and his powerful battle cry, Kokekokko, make him an unstoppable force.
